This page explains how Jeff Anderson Artwork handles personal information across the studio shop, the cart, and any message you send us about a painting, a print edition, or a commission slot. It applies to the whole site, not just the checkout.
Name, email address, phone number, delivery address and any notes you add when ordering a canvas original, a numbered giclée print or a pack of greeting cards. If you write to us about a commission, we also keep the reference images, palette notes and dimensions you send.
Browser type, device, approximate region, pages viewed and referring links. We use this to see which series people actually open and where the cart flow loses them. It is aggregated and not used to build a profile of you as a person.
Cookies keep your cart intact between visits and remember basic preferences. Analytics cookies record page views and events such as adding a print to the cart. You can block or clear cookies in your browser settings; the shop will still work, though the cart may not persist.
To process and ship orders, answer questions about medium, surface, dimensions or edition size, manage commission enquiries, and keep records we are required to keep. We do not sell your details, and we do not use your messages for unrelated marketing.
Order details are passed only to the services that make a sale possible: hosting, email and form providers, and the courier handling a stretched or rolled canvas. Those providers process data on our instructions. Records are kept only as long as needed for the order, the commission file or the legal retention period, then deleted.
You can ask to see what we hold about you, have it corrected, request a portable copy, or have it deleted. You can also withdraw consent for analytics at any time. Where you are in the EU or California, these rights follow GDPR and CCPA respectively, and we honour them for any visitor who asks.
We do not make misleading claims about editions, provenance or availability, and we do not invent endorsements, urgency or affiliation with other studios or galleries. Edition sizes and mediums are listed as they are.
