Questions about a canvas original, a numbered giclée or a commission slot usually land on my desk between painting sessions. Here is how to get a reply, and roughly how long it takes.
Best for sizing, framing, shipping method or edition availability. Include the series name and the piece title if you already have one in mind.

Quicker for commission enquiries and anything about stretched versus rolled delivery. If I am at the easel, leave a message and I will call back.

Post is collected twice a week, so allow a few extra days.
Most questions about editions, shipping and commissions are already answered in the written guides.
Whether you are asking about a specific canvas, checking on a print edition, or sorting out a delivery before a commission window opens, the details below go straight to the working studio rather than a call centre.

Visits by appointment only. Canvas originals are packed and crated on site, so give a day's notice if you want to see a piece unstretched.

Email suits questions about edition numbers, surface and dimensions. For anything time-sensitive, phone during studio hours.
Painting days are Tuesday and Wednesday, when replies may be slower. Messages are answered in the order they arrive.
Mention the series and the piece — for example, a Karoo Horizons board or a numbered Coastal Light giclée — along with the medium and size you have in mind. If your question is about shipping, say whether you need the canvas stretched or rolled, since that changes how the work is prepared and how long it takes to leave the studio.
Commission enquiries are best sent in writing with a reference view or palette. The waiting list opens twice a year, and the studio will confirm whether your subject fits the next window.
A short letter goes out every few weeks: what came off the easel, which series is close to selling through its edition, and when the next commission window opens. No daily noise, no recycled announcements.
If you are working out where to start in the guide centre, this is a reasonable place to leave your address. You will hear about new coastal and Karoo work before it reaches the shop, and about framing or shipping questions that other collectors have already asked.
Two fields, nothing else. You can leave whenever a letter stops being useful.
